Are you drinking enough healthy water?

is one of our basic necessities for health.

Water is not as healthy as it used to be. Researching through some of the EPA sites, it is certain that there is a lot of thought going into the contaminants that run into our water supply and how to deem it safer to drink. Which is a good thing. However, this means adding chemicals and antibacterial agents to kill and keep it safer for human consumption. What does that leave us with at the tap level?

We are getting sicker and sicker, our skin isn’t as healthy as it once was, our hormones are more and more imbalanced,  our immune system is being bombarded with thousands of chemicals daily in our air, water, and food.

We are spraying chemicals on our foods and crops which have now shown to be carcinogenic, we are now seeing million dollar court cases against huge companies that have invested trillions into developing pesticides to flood our farmed animals and vegetables to increase production.

Is it little wonder we are becoming sicker as a race?

Every day we see new drugs and medicines that are being tested for conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer and Altzheimers. Our children are getting moodier and people are struggling to sleep.

Natural Medicine practitioners are seeing many more people with long term chronic autoimmune problems, gut health issues,  many are eating well and still not feeling 100%. Maybe its time to think about all the contributing factors, such as what may be turning our health conditions on and off.. maybe it is the water we are consuming, how “healthy” it is? Reading many of the problems behind the issues…
